LUCILLE ROLOFF

Lucille Roloff, 86, 1212 Marilyn, died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born July 18, 1910, near Burfordville, daughter of Sill Vanus and Elsie Eva Huckstep Jones. She and Julius William Roloff were married June 15, 1930, at Benton. He died July 20, 1988.

Roloff was a member of Evangelical United Church of Christ and Mary Martha Circle. She was also a member of St. Mark Chapter 167 Order of Eastern Star, Calvary Shrine 8 of White Shrine of Jerusalem, Cape Court 14 Order of the Amaranth, and Teamsters Silver Jubilee Retirees Club.

Survivors include a son, Bobby Roloff of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Irene Grindstaff of Cincinnati, Ohio; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today. An Eastern Star service will be held at 7.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. James Caughlan officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
