DEXTER, Mo. -- Lucille Mallory, 83, a former resident of Dudley, Mo., died Friday, Feb. 9, 2001, at Waterford, Mich. She was born March 4, 1917 at King City, Mo., daughter of Charles and Bessie Fadley Laffoon. She and Norman L. Mallory were married April 16, 1937, in Dudley. He died Jan. 1, 1993...

DEXTER, Mo. -- Lucille Mallory, 83, a former resident of Dudley, Mo., died Friday, Feb. 9, 2001, at Waterford, Mich.

She was born March 4, 1917 at King City, Mo., daughter of Charles and Bessie Fadley Laffoon.

She and Norman L. Mallory were married April 16, 1937, in Dudley. He died Jan. 1, 1993.

She was a member of the Sadlers Chapel Church in Dexter.

Survivors include two sons, Norman L. Mallory Jr. of Ortonville, Mich., and Richard W. Mallory of Warren, Ohio; a daughter, Martha McQueen of Clarkston, Mich.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday at Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Linda Zych officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.
