ANNA, Ill. -- Lucille Elizabeth Forehand, 74, of Anna, died Sunday, Nov. 5, 1995, at Lifecare Center near Jonesboro. She was born Nov. 10, 1920, in Cobden, daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Minnie Bell Kimbrell Spurlock. She married Andrew Forehand, who died in 1979...

ANNA, Ill. -- Lucille Elizabeth Forehand, 74, of Anna, died Sunday, Nov. 5, 1995, at Lifecare Center near Jonesboro.

She was born Nov. 10, 1920, in Cobden, daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Minnie Bell Kimbrell Spurlock. She married Andrew Forehand, who died in 1979.

Forehand was a member of Landmark Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include a brother, George Spurlock of Buncombe.

She was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Charles Mitchell officiating.
