LUCILLE CARR

BERTRAND -- Lucille Carr, 75, of Memphis, Tenn., died Friday, Dec. 5, 1997, at St. Joseph Hospital in Tampa, Fla.

She was born April 14, 1922, in Bertrand, son of William A. and Lulie May Spencer Bethune. She and Robert L. "Bob" Carr were married April 9, 1944. He died Nov. 22, 1985.

Carr had lived in Memphis most of her life, and was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Lana Rounsaville of Ocala, Fla., Denise McCracken of Safety Harbor, Fla.; a brother, Spencer Bethune of Plano, Texas, and a sister, Elizabeth Forbey of Columbia.

Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston from 5:30-8 p.m. today.

Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Calvary Cemetery near Charleston, with the Rev. Rich Lause officiating.
