LUCILLE ARMSBY

DIEHLSTADT -- Funeral for Lucille Armsby of Diehlstadt will be held at 1 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. The Rev. Tom Bridges will officiate. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.

Armsby, 76, died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 28, 1923, in Charleston, daughter of Albert Lee and Grace E. McClanahan Crosno Sr. She married Paul Armsby, who died in 1968.

Armsby lived in Mississippi and Scott counties most of her life. She retired from R.E.A. in Sikeston in 1985. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church.

Survivors include a brother, Albert Crosno of Benton, Ky.; three sisters, Dorothy Linebaugh and Peggy Presson of Diehlstadt, and Evelyn Teachout of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by a brother.
