Lovnia West, 62, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, April 28, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born May 29, 1936, in Augusta, Ark., daughter of Robert and Ethel Barnes.
West was a member of True Christian Pentecostal Witness Church.
Survivors include five sons, Robert, Leslie, Walter, Leo and J.C. White, all of Cape Girardeau; five daughters, Hazel Hill of Denver, Colo., Linda Hines of Tampa, Fla., Irma Barnes, Barbara White and Carolyn White, all of Cape Girardeau; a brother, John Barnes of Detroit, Mich.; 20 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, three brothers, and three sisters.
There is no visitation or service.
Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
