PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Lovaira L. Bock, 92, of Perryville died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Nov. 8, 1922, in Friedenberg, Missouri, daughter of Charley J. and Lydia Hoehn Lintner. She and Walter Benjamin Bock were married Feb. 3, 1946. He preceded her in death Feb. 8, 1994.
Lovaira retired from International Shoe Co. where she was a floor instructor 45 years. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and Berean Bible Class, and a volunteer at ARC Sheltered Workshop.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Bock of Perryville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; five brothers, Willard, Elmer, Herbert, Julius and Leonard Lintner; and three sisters, Clara Vinson, Ella Fleugel and Lenora Weibrecht.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Young and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, with the Revs. Thomas Handrick and Matthew Versemann officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Memorials are preferred for Immanuel Lutheran Church, school or cemetery.
