LOUISE SCOTT

BELL CITY -- Louise Scott, 69, of Bell City died Sunday, Nov. 24, 1996, at Sikeston Health Care near Sikeston.

She was born March 24, 1927, in Smackover, Ark., daughter of Ben and Jane Stovall Davis. She and Marvin Scott were married May 21, 1945, in Piggott, Ark.

Formerly of Parma, Scott has lived in Bell City 26 years. She formerly owned Scott's Grocery, and later worked at Sikeston Nursing Center.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Michael Scott of Bell City; three brothers, Carter Davis of Parma, Lester Davis of LaForge, Lloyd Davis of DeSoto; and a sister, Melba Bonds of Morehouse.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Otis Littles officiating. Burial will be in Rosewood Cemetery at Malden.
