Lora Jane Cary Dale, 95, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2005. She was born Nov. 7, 1909, at Senath, Mo., daughter of Walter and Sally Natier Cary. She and Earl Dale were married Oct. 9, 1926, in Piggott, Ark. He died Dec. 2, 2001. Mrs. Dale was a member of First Baptist Church at Kennett, Mo., and a member of Eastern Star 55 years...

Lora Jane Cary Dale, 95, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2005.

She was born Nov. 7, 1909, at Senath, Mo., daughter of Walter and Sally Natier Cary. She and Earl Dale were married Oct. 9, 1926, in Piggott, Ark. He died Dec. 2, 2001.

Mrs. Dale was a member of First Baptist Church at Kennett, Mo., and a member of Eastern Star 55 years.

Survivors include a son, James Dale and wife Barbara of Houston, Texas; a daughter, June Richard and husband Bill of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and two nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and three sisters.

Friends may call at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett from 11 a.m. to service time today.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ed Jansson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens at Kennett.
