PERRYVILLE -- Lonnie Ray Webb, 49, of Perryville, died Thursday, March 5, 1992, at Ellis Fischel State Cancer Center in Columbia.
He was born July 29, 1942, at Patton, son of Charles Thedore and Elizabeth Grindstaff Webb. He and Patricia E. Dietz were married Aug. 11, 1979.
Webb had worked in highway construction and surveying. He was a member of River Hills Eagles Lodge 4034 here, and was an officer eight years and state trustee two years. He was also a booster member of AmVets Post 94 at Perryville.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Lonnie Webb Jr. of Perryville; a daughter, Debbie Iven of Arnold; his mother of Perryville; three stepsons, Robert Durbin of Gibson City, Ill., William Belford of Bloomington, Ill., Phillip Leichtenberg of Mt. Sterling, Ill.; four stepdaughters, Lora Bishop, Karen Froman and Kimberly Froman of Bloomington, Ann Zapita of Lincoln, Ill.; two brothers, William Webb of Perryville, Paul Webb of Fenton; a granddaughter, and five stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother and infant sister.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Glenn Armstrong will officiate, with burial in Reagans Chapel Cemetery in Bollinger County.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-9 p.m. today, and from 6:30-11 a.m. Monday.
