LOIS SHAW

CHARLESTON -- Funeral service for Lois Shaw of Kirkwood will be held at 11 a.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. The Rev. Richard Combs will officiate, with burial in IOOF Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 9 a.m.

Shaw, 85, died Saturday, Jan. 21, 1995, at her home.

She was born Nov. 25, 1909, in Charleston, daughter of E. Herbert and Stella Rowe Smith. She and John Shaw were married Sept. 30, 1972.

Shaw was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by a son, daughter, sister and two brothers.
