In addition, Lois was a game lover, playing pinochle and rummy, as well as aggravation, until a week before her death. She also enjoyed caring for her flower beds, and at one time she was an avid bowler.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and is survived by her only daughter, Debra, and son-in-law, Greg Davis of Indianapolis, and their three children, Collin, and his wife, Megan, and their son, Graham, Sean, and his fiancee, Annie Augustine, Caitlin, and her husband, Andrew Gordon, and their sons, Walter and Jacob. She is also survived by her sister, Bernice Smith; sister-in-law, Opal Collins; niece, Lori Brooks; and many cousins.
