JACKSON -- Lloyd Schoenebeck, 77, of rural Jackson died Thursday, Oct. 3, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Nov. 13, 1913, near Oak Ridge, the son of Joseph and Emma Ludwig Schoenebeck.
On May 24, 1942, he married Louise Daume, who preceded him in death Sept. 13, 1984.
He was a semi-retired farmer near Fruitland, where he lived since 1917. He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ near Fruitland. He was an active member of the church council, where he served in various capacities.
He's also a past member of the Cape County Coon Hunters Association, Cape County Shippers Association, a past 4-H Club leader and a member of the Jackson Trail Riders Club.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Brent Bollinger of rural Jackson; a sister, Leona Mantz of rural Jackson; and two grandchildren, Amanda and Matthew Bollinger.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at McCombs Funeral Chapel in Jackson. The Rev. Jesse Perry will officiate, and burial will be in St. John's church cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
