SCOTT CITY -- Lloyd L. Hale, 53, of Scott City, died Thursday, June 11, 1992, at Jackson Manor.
He was born Nov. 6, 1938, at Commerce, son of James Frank and Leva Ellen Wright Hale. He and Mary Ann Owen were married Jan. 2, 1959.
Hale and his brothers owned and operated Hale Brothers Logging. He was a member of Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Tommy Hale of Thief River Falls, Minn., James Hale of Cooter, Guy Hale of Scott City, Larry Hale of Little Creek, Va.; two daughters, Rebecca Jones and Sharon Carnell of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Roy, Floyd and Chester Hale of Scott City; three sisters, Anna Pyle and Goldia Lindemann of Scott City, Pearl Hill of Marion, Ill., and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son and five brothers.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home here after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Frank Giunta will officiate, with burial in Lightner Cemetery.
