SIKESTON -- Cecil Lloyd Johnson, 60, Sikeston Route 2, died Monday, Nov. 18, 1991, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born May 15, 1931, at Morehouse, son of Joseph Amos and Bessie Curtner Johnson. He and the former Gail F. Bird were married Dec. 10, 1966, at Parma.
Johnson was a retired farmer, and attended New Savannah Baptist Church on Sikeston Route 2. He was a veteran of Missouri National Guard.
Survivors include his wife; his mother, Sikeston Route 2; four brothers, the Rev. Amos Johnson of East Prairie, Donnie and Ronnie Johnson of Sikeston, Terry Johnson, Benton Route 1; five sisters, Evelyn Limbaugh, Lois Kirk, Geneva Jones, Linda McClain, all of Sikeston, and Joyce Holmes of Hardin, Ky.
He was preceded in death by a daughter.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Amos Johnson will officiate, assisted by the Rev. C.D. Lynch. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery here.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
