EAST PRAIRIE -- Linda Gail Brown, 28, of East Prairie, died Friday, July 3, 1992 near Charleston as the result of an automobile accident.
She was born Sept. 29, 1963 in Sikeston, the daughter of Charles W. Brown and LaVerne Matthews Brown. She was a member of the Oneness Pentecostel Church.
Survivors are her mother of East Prairie; one son, Michael Paul Brown of the home; two daughters, Melissa Dawn Brown and Alisha Diane Brown, both of the home; three brothers, Charles "Tommy" Brown, Larry Brown and Slick Brown, all of East Prairie; six sisters, Pat Zook, Susie Moore, Carolyn Linley, Martha Brown and Joyce Branam, all of East Prairie and Cheryl McCutchen of Benton; and her fiancee, Jerry Neal of Charleston.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. today at the Shelby Funeral Home with the Rev. James Bolden, pastor of the Gospel Assembly of God Church officiating. Burial will follow at the East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation was held Sunday.
