CHARLESTON -- Lillie Ruth "Aunt Bobbie" Hardin, 92, of Charleston died Saturday, June 7, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born June 25, 1904, in Fulton County, Ark., daughter of Hiram Talbert and Ida Virginia Wyles Helms. She married Perry Hardin, who preceded her in death in September 1981. CHARLESTON -- Lillie Ruth "Aunt Bobbie" Hardin, 92, of Charleston died Saturday, June 7, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 25, 1904, in Fulton County, Ark., daughter of Hiram Talbert and Ida Virginia Wyles Helms. She married Perry Hardin, who preceded her in death in September 1981. She moved to Charleston after her husband died. She was a member of the Charleston Church of Christ.

She is survived by a stepson, Bobby Hardin of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a stepdaughter, Jean Moss of Hornersville; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, three brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Phil Nuernberger, minister of the Church of Christ of Charleston, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.
