JACKSON -- Funeral for Lillian A. Schultz of Jackson will be held at 2 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. The Rev. Eddie Long will officiate, with burial in Russell Heights Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 8:30 a.m. until service time.
Schultz, 76, died Wednesday, July 1, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Oct. 30, 1921, at Ellington, daughter of Sanford and Martha Camden Jeffries. She and Arthur Leonard Schultz were married Dec. 10, 1954. He died March 22, 1975.
Schultz worked at Giant Foods in Galesburg, Ill., from 1977 until retiring in 1987. She was a member of Sedgewickville Methodist Church, Maplewood Eastern Star Lodge 264, and was formerly of Patton.
Survivors include two sons, Donald Jeffries of Logan, Ohio, Sanford Ludwig of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Deborah Kirkpatrick, Jackie Schultz, Mary Long, all of Sedgewickville; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son and two brothers.
