Lillian Louise Reimann, 94, of Egypt Mills died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, at Jackson Manor.
She was born Feb. 14, 1920, in Jackson, to Emil and Emma Voges Lowes.
She and Ernest Otto Reimann were married Sunday, Sept. 17, 1939, at Hanover Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau. He preceded her in death April 10, 2014.
Lillian was a 1937 graduate of College High School. She retired in 1982 after 23 years of service at Ralph Edwards Sportswear. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Egypt Mills and a former Sunday school teacher. She enjoyed gardening and flowers.
Survivors include two daughters, Sharon (Roger) Pierce of Egypt Mills and Janet (Julius) Philipps of Jackson; two brothers, Paul (Loretta) Lowes and Harold (Maretta) Lowes, both of Jackson; six grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Dennis Reimann on Dec. 1, 2005; three brothers, Roy, Norman and Ralph Lowes; and a sister, Marie Daume.
Visitation was Saturday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral service was Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Barry Pfanstiel officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Lillian's grandchildren: Steven Philipps, Sandra Barr, Carolyn Wood, Joan Windeknecht, June Craigmiles and Jennifer Bisher. Burial was be at Egypt Mills Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery.
