WEST PLAINS -- Lewis H. Jordan, 80, of West Plains died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at Ozark Medical Center in West Plains.

He was born Aug. 5, 1917, in Salcedo, son of Frank and May Bond Jordan.

He had been a resident of Circle City but had lived in West Plains for the past 20 years.

Survivors are two brothers, Clifton Jordan of Essex and Glen Jordan of De Soto.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and three sisters.

Friends may call after 9 a.m. today at Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. A graveside service will follow at 10:30 at the Essex Cemetery, with the Rev. Ronnie Ledbetter of Essex officiating.

Interment will be in Essex Cemetery.
