Leota R. (Lee) Schmitz, 90, of Cape Girardeau, died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 1992, at Chateau Girardeau Health Care Center. She was born Jan. 8, 1902 in Palmyra, daugher of Charles and Frances Miller. She married H.G. Schmitz on Aug. 30, 1973. He was a prominent businessman in Cape Girardeau for many years. He died June 5, 1988...
Leota R. (Lee) Schmitz, 90, of Cape Girardeau, died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 1992, at Chateau Girardeau Health Care Center.
She was born Jan. 8, 1902 in Palmyra, daugher of Charles and Frances Miller.
She married H.G. Schmitz on Aug. 30, 1973. He was a prominent businessman in Cape Girardeau for many years. He died June 5, 1988.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Jack Rothweiler.

Surviving is a sister, Vallie Frease of Hannibal.
She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral Parish.
No visitation will be held here. Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
A graveside service will be held Friday at St. Joseph Cemetery in Palmyra.
