Leonard H. Weisbrod, 60, of Brazeau, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 1992, at his home. He was born Jan. 29, 1931, in St. Louis, son of Oscar and Clara Triller Weisbrod. He and Verna M. Farrar were married Aug. 28, 1954. Weisbrod was a retired tow motor operator with Osco. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church at Crosstown, and American Legion Post 133. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War...

Leonard H. Weisbrod, 60, of Brazeau, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 1992, at his home.

He was born Jan. 29, 1931, in St. Louis, son of Oscar and Clara Triller Weisbrod. He and Verna M. Farrar were married Aug. 28, 1954.

Weisbrod was a retired tow motor operator with Osco. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church at Crosstown, and American Legion Post 133. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife; a brother, Earl Weisbrod of St. Louis; two sisters, Marilyn Weisbrod of St. Louis, and Verda Schnurbusch of Old Appleton.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Apple Creek. The Revs. John Bolderson and Charles Rice will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home at Perryville from 3-9 p.m. today, and Thursday from 6:30-9:20 a.m. A wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, followed by an American Legion service.
