JACKSON -- Leo P. Sticht, 74, died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2000, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Nov. 2, 1925, at Farrar, son of John A. and Bertha Angel Seidel Sticht. He and Hazel Marie Morlan were married Aug. 2, 1969.
Sticht was employed 35 years at the former Lenco Manufacturing Co., retiring in 1988. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 158 in Jackson, and VFW Post 3838 in Cape Girarce of Benton, Ky., Michael and Brian Price of Cape Girardeau, Ronnie Price of California, Mark Price of Sikeston; a sister, Nora Zimmerman of Alton, Ill.; seven grandchildren; 12 stepgrandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and six great-stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, four brothers, and six sisters.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today. An American Legion service will be held at 7.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Church, with the Rev. Robert Henrichs officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
