LENORA I. GLASTETTER

ROCKVIEW -- Funeral service for Lenora I. Glastetter of Rockview will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Allan Saunders will officiate, with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery at Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Glastetter, 80, died Monday, March 8, 1993, at Cape Girardeau Nursing Center.

She was born Oct. 13, 1912, at Crosstown, daughter of Daniel Rutter and Lily Hope Warren. She and Zeno Glastetter were married June 8, 1937, at Kelso. He died in 1980.

Glastetter was a nurse 32 years, having worked at Cape Osteopathic Hospital in Cape Girardeau and Chaffee General Hospital. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, VFW Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliary, all at Chaffee. She was a former member of St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include two sons, Lawrence Glastetter of St. Charles, Daniel Glastetter of Dutchtown; a daughter, Martha Randall of Rockview; two sisters, Etta Smith of Cape Girardeau, Flora Hurlburt of Crawfordville, Fla.; eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, five brothers and two sisters.
