LENITA DILLON

PERRYVILLE -- Lenita A. Dillon, 97, of Perryville died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born June 14, 1902, in Perry County, daughter of Arsan and Mary Agnes Dunker Tucker. She and Edgar Dillon were married July 4, 1929. He died in 1948.

Dillon retired from the auditing department at Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco, Calif. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville.

Survivors include six nephews, Thomas Elder of Ste. Genevieve, LeRoy Elder, Richard and Thomas Tucker, all of Perryville, Patrick Elder of St. Marys, James Tucker of Brighton, Ill.; nine nieces, Agnes Schott of Ste. Genevieve, Rose Prost, Rita Aunspach, Evelyn Unterreiner, Susie Fuytinck, Rose Wingerter, all of Perryville, Doris Graff of Shelbyville, Tenn., Judith Derby of St. Louis County, and Carol Lange of Walls, Miss.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, a sister, and four brothers.

A memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. Nov. 27 at St. Vincent's Church. The Rev. Charles Prost will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma, Calif.

Friends may call at the church from 9 a.m. until service time.
