Lena Ward of 945 E. Rodney died Friday, Nov. 18, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born in Hoxie, Ark., the daughter of George and Linda Rein Jackson.
She married Lincoln Ward in Bloomfield. He survives of the home.
She was raised in Charleston, graduating from high school there.
She had resided in Cape Girardeau for 43 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
Besides her husband, survivors include two sons, Tom and Bob Ward, both of Cape Girardeau; a twin sister, Lela Pruett of Charleston; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Two sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. John Owen officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
