DONGOLA--Lena Z. Jordan, 100, of Dongola died Wednesday, April 2, 1997, at Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis. She was born Jan. 1, 1897, in Union County, Ill., the daughter of Eli and Amanda Ellen Brown Keller. She married Ira Lee Jordan on March 15, 1916, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 2, 1958...

DONGOLA--Lena Z. Jordan, 100, of Dongola died Wednesday, April 2, 1997, at Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis.

She was born Jan. 1, 1897, in Union County, Ill., the daughter of Eli and Amanda Ellen Brown Keller. She married Ira Lee Jordan on March 15, 1916, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 2, 1958.

She was a member of Elco Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Dariel Jordan of Anna and Webb Jordan of Dongola; two daughters, Norma Jennings of Rock Falls, Ill., and Mary Cunningham of Benton, Ky., 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Crain Funeral Home in Dongola.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Crain Funeral Home in Dongola with the Rev.l Paul Sadler officiating. Interment will be in St. Johns Cemetery.
