Lela Reimann, 88, of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2001, at Lutheran Home Residential Care West.
She was born Feb. 18, 1913, at Pocahontas, Mo., daughter of John and Emma Mirly Vogel. She and Rudolph E. Reimann were married on May 17, 1936, at Cape Girardeau.
Reimann worked as a secretary for an insurance company. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau, Ladies Junior Aide, Altar Guild and the Lutheran Home Auxiliary.
Survivors include three sons, Jerry Reimann of San Francisco, Calif., Phil Reimann of Framingham, Mass., and John Reimann of Piedmont, Calif.; two brothers, Norman Vogel of Palatine, Ill. and Ray Vogel of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Eva Stenborg of St. Paul, Minn. and Lorana Anderson of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a husband, a son, a brother, and a great-grandson.
Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. David Disson will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.
