FREDERICKTOWN, Mo. -- Leeanna R. Lewis, 81, of Fredericktown passed away Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011, in Cape Girardeau. FREDERICKTOWN, Mo. -- Leeanna R. Lewis, 81, of Fredericktown passed away Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011, in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband, Fritz Lewis; a daughter, Sandra (Dan) Meehan of Cape Girardeau; a daughter-in-law, Connie Lewis of Farmington, Mo.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Johnny and James L. Lewis; three brothers and a sister.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today at Follis and Sons Funeral Home in Fredericktown.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Barbara Stark officiating.
