Lee Minson

GLENALLEN, Mo. -- Lee Roy Minson, 78, of Glenallen passed away Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at Woodland Hills Nursing Home.

He was born March 20, 1935, son of Vester and Artie Gipson Minson. He and Betty Moyers were married June 11, 1955.

Lee Roy owned and operated Bollinger County Builders Supply Co. in Marble Hill, Mo. He was a member of Westview Masonic Lodge 103 in Millersville and Glenallen Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; three sons, Wendell (Karyl) Minson of Dexter, Mo., Stan (Vickie) Minson of Burfordville and Tim (Lindsey) Minson of Gower, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Bill; and a sister, Bonnie.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Clifton Trentham and the Rev. Kim Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Glenallen Cemetery.
