MATTHEWS -- Lector H. Carroll, 91, died Monday, Nov. 20, 1995, at the Sells Rest Home in Matthews. She was born Nov. 4, 1904, at Center Ridge, Ark., daughter of Will and Lela Mahan Harris. She and W.O. Carroll were married. He preceded her in death in 1945...

MATTHEWS -- Lector H. Carroll, 91, died Monday, Nov. 20, 1995, at the Sells Rest Home in Matthews.

She was born Nov. 4, 1904, at Center Ridge, Ark., daughter of Will and Lela Mahan Harris. She and W.O. Carroll were married. He preceded her in death in 1945.

Carroll was a member of the Canalou Baptist Church in Canalou.

Survivors include four nieces and three nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

There will be no visitation or funeral service.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Canalou Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dewayne Coleman officiating.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
