Leah Anne Qualls, 54, of Scott City died at her home Friday, Oct. 8, 2010.

She was born April 10, 1956, at Wyatt, Mo., daughter of Luther C. and Hazel E. Harvey Qualls.

Leah Anne is survived by a daughter, Lacey Tollison of Bakersfield, Calif.; a brother, James Qualls of Scott City; two sisters, Sherry Bollinger of Scott City and Mona Settles of Doniphan, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son and a brother.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Services are scheduled at 1 p.m. at the chapel, with Rev. Mark Odle officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
