Laverne Miller

ULLIN, Ill. -- Laverne Miller, 88, of Ullin passed away at 10:40 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, at her home.

Laverne was born Sept. 16, 1928, in Tamms, Illinois, daughter of the late Vernie Anderson and Marie Lindsey Anderson.

Laverne was a member of First Baptist Church in Ullin.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Conrad Miller of Ullin; a son, Richard (Dianne) Miller of Villa Ridge, Illinois; two daughters, Sandra Miller of Ullin and Sharon (Mark) West of Denver; and three granddaughters, Jennifer Miller, Rebecca Miller and Josie Miller.

Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Ullin.

The funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with the Rev. Clint Nale officiating. Interment will be in Cache Chapel Cemetery, east of Ullin.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorials to First Baptist Church in Ullin in memory of Laverne Miller.
