Laura Page, 88, of Nashville, Ill. died Thursday, Sept. 16, 1993, at the Friendship Manor Nursing Home in Nashville.
She was born Dec. 30, 1904, at Bell City, the daughter of Robert and Eva Bess Bolin. In 1924, she married Clyde Orr, who preceded her in death. She then married Orville Page in 1931 at Mt. Vernon. He also preceded her in death.
She was a protestant and grew up in Bell City. She then moved to Mt. Vernon, Ill, where she worked for 35 years at the International Shoe Co.
Survivors include two counsins, Norma Smiddy and Harold Brown, both of Cape Girardeau. Two sons also preceded her in death.
Funeral service was Saturday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Donnie Ford officiated, and burial was in Bethel Memorial Cemetery near Mt. Vernon.
