Mrs. Burnett, 86 years old, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 1990, at her home.

She was born July 9, 1904, in West Point, Miss.

Survivors include a daughter, Bernice Fitch of St. Louis; a son, Urias Bogan Jr. of Cairo, Ill., and two nieces.
