SCOTT CITY -- Funeral for Larry Allen Tidwell of Bragg City was held Sunday at H.S. Smith Funeral Home in Caruthersville. The Rev. Steve Turner officiated, with burial in Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville.
Tidwell, 64, died Friday, Oct. 2, 1998, at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.
He was born Nov. 9, 1933, at Bakerville, son of Richard Monroe and Hollie Adell Pate Tidwell. He attended Deering and Hayti schools.
Tidwell had been an automobile salesman. He was a trustee for Order of Eagles Aerie 4235.
Survivors include a daughter, Tina Tidwell of Scott City; five sisters, Jennie Neal of Southaven, Miss., Lessie Johnson and Virginia Marzullo of Brooksfield, Fla., Hilda Logan of Colorado Springs, Colo., Verdie Ledbetter of Ferguson; a brother, Joe Tidwell of Bragg City; and two grandchildren.
