Kylea Marie Gerber, 3 months old, of Millersville passed away Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, unexpectedly lying beside her mother and great-grandmother.
She was born June 27, 2013, at Cape Girardeau to Sommer Danielle Gerber and Andrew Scott Warnecke.
Kylea was loved by all who knew her and touched the lives of many in her short three months on this earth. She will be missed by all who met her.
She is survived by her mother, Sommer of Millersville; her father, Andrew of Cape Girardeau; paternal great-grandmothers, Judith Warnecke of Chicago and Laura Pierce of Noblesville, Ind.; maternal great-grandparents, William and Linda Matlock of Millersville; maternal grandmother, Deanna Baine of Millersville; maternal grandfather, Richard Gerber of Racine, Wis.; three aunts, Alyssa Wodicka of Racine, Brittany Gerber of Millersville and Abbigail Gerber of Racine; an uncle, Patrick Devine of Marion, Ill.; three great-uncles, Bill Matlock of Millersville, Ronnie Matlock of McClure, Ill., and Jim Warnecke of Chicago; plus many cousins, aunts and uncles
She was preceded in death by maternal great-great-grandparents, Gladys Matlock and Rollie Matlock and Anna Held and Edwin Held; and paternal great-grandfather, James Warnecke.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Fathers Arms Fellowship Church in Scott City, with the Revs. Ken and Nancy Strong officiating. Burial will be at Lindsey Cemetery in McClure.
