MURPHYSBORO, Ill. -- Infant Kimberly Jo Cook, age 3 months, died Thursday, April 27, 1995, at Children's Hospital in St. Louis.

The infant, formerly of Anna, Ill., was born Jan. 9, 1995, at Carbondale, Ill., daughter of Kevin Earl and Janice Mary Tucker Cook.

Survivors include her parents; a sister, Ashley Nicole Cook, of the home; maternal grandmother; and stepgrandfather Clara and George Nehring of Vergennes; maternal grandfather and maternal stepgrandmother George and Mary Lou Tucker, Jr., of Carbondale; paternal grandfather and paternal stepgrandmother Johnnie B. and Wanda Cook of Anna; maternal great-grandmother Wanda Goodman of Anna; maternal great-grandfather George Tucker Sr. of Michigan; and paternal grandmother Emma Cook of Anna.

Friends may call Monday from 10 a.m. to the time of the funeral service at the Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home of Anna.

The funeral service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. James Barnhart will officiate, with burial in the Limestone Cemetery north of Cobden.
