BENTON, Mo. -- Kenneth Dale Stone, 55, of Benton died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2007, at his home.
He was born Feb. 28, 1951, at Cotton Hill, Mo., son of James Wilburn and Eva Marice Disotell Stone. He and Carolyn C. McBride were married June 20, 1969, at Chaffee, Mo.
Stone was a riverboat pilot with JEMCO.
Survivors include two sons, Jared Stone of Benton, Kenny Stone of Morley, Mo.; a daughter, Christy Pinnell of Miner, Mo.; a brother, James Stone II of Searcy, Ark.; four sisters, Peggy Presley of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Shirley Williams of Sherwood, Ark., Phyllis Dees of High Ridge, Mo., Katherine LaFerney of Campbell, Mo.; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Benton.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Larry Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Rosewood Cemetery at Malden, Mo.
