Kenneth Lipps

Kenneth Herbert Lipps, 83, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Saint Francis Medical Center.

He was born July 16, 1940, in Cape Girardeau to Herbert and Marie Hargraves Lipps. He and Jennifer Ford Lipps were married June 16, 1991, in Cape Girardeau.

Kenneth earned a degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

He was director of development at Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.

Kenneth was a member of the Elks and Christ Episcopal Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Ramelle (Richard) Sarna of Frankfort, Illinois, and Lisa (George) Bratina of Toledo, Washington; two stepsons, Thomas Sawyer of Wood Dale, Illinois, and Chris Sawyer of Lonedell, Missouri; and three grandchildren, Mary Grace Fisher (Emiel Meyfroot) of Ghent, Belgium, Nicholas Moon of Brownsburg, Indiana, and Aaron Bratina of Toledo.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be at a later date.

Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
