Kenneth Hamilton Sr.

Kenneth Paul Hamilton Sr. of Cape Girardeau, son of the late Herschel Carl and Alfreda Mae Dickerson Hamilton, was born Jan. 2, 1943, in Cape Girardeau and departed his life Friday, July 14, 2023, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 80.

He is survived by a son, Kenneth (Jeanette) Hamilton Jr.; sister, Linda Lands of Jackson; brother, Larry Hamilton of Lounds, Missouri; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

Apart from his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Hamilton-Lusk; two brothers, Lewis and Carl Hamilton; and one sister, Doris Yahn.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
