BENTON -- A memorial mass for Kenneth G. Gibbar of Fort Collins, Colo., will be held Sept. 14 at St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton. The Rev. Normand Varone will officiate.

Gibbar, 52, died Monday, Sept. 4, 1995, in Fort Collins.

He was born Oct. 16, 1942, son of Johnny and Anna Marie Wiedefeld. He married the former Christine Parson.

Gibbar was an attorney and had practiced in Scott and Cape Girardeau counties before moving to Fort Collins. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Zachary Gibbar of the home, Mark and Scott Gibbar of Denver, Colo.; his parents of Benton, and a brother, J.W. Wiedefeld of Benton.
