Clemmons, 59, died Friday, March 17, 2000, at his home.

He was born Nov. 14, 1940, at Ste. Genevieve, son of Coy Louis and Felistie Clemmons.
Clemmons lived in Los Angeles County 30 years and worked for an accounting firm.
Survivors include a brother, Odis Clemmons of Milwaukee, Wis.; and a sister, Fannie Williams of Florissant.
