Kelli Sue Grantham, daughter of Kirby Ray and Deborah (Debbie) Thomas Grantham passed away Sunday, Feb. 1, 1998 in the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau as the result of a single car accident. She was 15 years old, born June 17, 1982 in Cape Girardeau, MO. Kelli Sue Grantham, daughter of Kirby Ray and Deborah (Debbie) Thomas Grantham passed away Sunday, Feb. 1, 1998 in the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau as the result of a single car accident. She was 15 years old, born June 17, 1982 in Cape Girardeau, MO. Kelli is survived by her parents of Oak Ridge, one brother, Thomas Grantham and one sister, Kara Grantham both of the family home in Oak Ridge.

Also surviving are her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Arlene Grantham of Jackson, wife of the late Kirby Grantham, Jr., and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Daune (Nadine) Thomas of Farmington, MO.Kelli attended the St. Paul Lutheran School in Jackson during her elementary and presently she was a sophomore at the Oak Ridge Senior High School.

She was a cheerleader for the varsity squad and played softball. She was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Jackson. Kelli was in the process of filing to be a member of the National Honor Society when the accident occurred.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the McCombs Funeral Home with the funeral to be Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson with Rev. David Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson. Friends may call at the church Wednesday beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Memorials may be given to the "St. Paul School Building Fund" or to the "Oak Ridge School District" to be allocated as the family wishes.
