SIKESTON, Mo. -- A memorial service for Keith Allen Long of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. Kelley Grubbs will officiate.
Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until time of service.
Long, 39, died Sunday, June 17, 2001, at his home.
He was born March 4, 1962, in Sikeston, son of Kenneth "Ken" and Geraldine "Judy" Murphy Long.
Long was a 1980 graduate of Sikeston High School, and 1982 graduate of Institute of Electronic Technology in Paducah, Ky.
He worked at Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas, 14 years. He moved back to Sikeston in 1997 where he owned and operated Break Time and More Video Store.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Ken and Barbara Long of Sikeston; his mother and stepfather, Judy and Webb Myatt of Granite City, Ill.; a brother, Jeff Long of Sikeston; a sister, Tammy Long of Cape Girardeau; and two stepbrothers, Brent and Billy Keefer of Sikeston.
He was preceded in death by an infant sister.
