HOWARDVILLE -- Keith Lamonte Jackson, 28, of Minneapolis, Minn., died suddenly Friday, March 22, 1996, in Minneapolis. He was born Feb. 28, 1968, in Los Angeles, Calif., son of Coy Lee and Earnestine Withers Jackson. He married Regina Smoot. HOWARDVILLE -- Keith Lamonte Jackson, 28, of Minneapolis, Minn., died suddenly Friday, March 22, 1996, in Minneapolis.

He was born Feb. 28, 1968, in Los Angeles, Calif., son of Coy Lee and Earnestine Withers Jackson. He married Regina Smoot.

Jackson was a 1986 graduate of New Madrid County High School and played on its football team. He attended Lincoln University in Jefferson City, and was a graduate of Stage One the Hair School in Cape Girardeau. Formerly of Howardville, he was a member of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church at Lilbourn.

Survivors include his wife of St. Louis; a son, Dreamon Smith of Parma; a daughter, Shelinda Reed of New Madrid; his parents of Howardville; two brothers, Coyvel Jackson of National City, Calif., Lee Jackson of Bloomington, Ill.; two sisters, LaTonya Jackson of Milwaukee, Wis., Anjeanett Williams of Columbia, S.C., and maternal grandmother, Rose Withers of Lilbourn.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Rest Church, with the Rev. M.P. Tremble officiating. Burial will be in Mason Cemetery at Point Pleasant.

Friends may call at the church from 6-9 p.m. today.

Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home at Howardville is in charge of arrangements.
