PATTON -- Kay Tallent, 49, of Patton, died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born May 31, 1944, at Marquand.

Tallent was a retired machine operator at Brown Shoe Co. in Fredericktown. She was a member of Liberty Congregational Methodist Church at Marquand.

Survivors include her mother, Glenda Tallent Dicus of Perryville; a brother, Ken Dicus of Sikeston, and a sister, Karen Dicus of Perryville.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Liley Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Kirby Grindstaff will officiate, with burial in Liberty Church Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
