MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Kathy Ann Fulbright, 62, of Marble Hill left this earth to join hands with Jesus Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, at her residence surrounded by family and friends.

She was born Dec. 23, 1957, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Jimmie and Shirley Fulbright.

Throughout the years, Kathy was employed by Southeast Hospital and Pyramid Home Health. She was full of life, always knew how to make you smile and, if you knew her, you knew you were loved. She exemplified her love for Jesus in the way she loved her neighbor.

Kathy's pride and joy were rooted in family. As the oldest of six siblings, she was a constant rock and best friend for many years. She leaves behind one brother, Bodie (Dana) Fulbright, and four sisters, Karla (Kevin) Robinson, Kimberly (Randy) Keith, Kelly (Denver) Cook and Kristy (Eric) Mayfield.

Each time another niece or nephew came into the family, Kathy burst with joy (and usually started a new embroidery project just for them). Her heart and love for children exceeded any other. She was the number one fan of her 11 nieces and nephews: Emily (Todd) Leslie, Sarah (Jeremy) Weadon, Mark "Junior" (Jessica) Davis, Betsy (Jessie) Sites, Hannah (Pooter) Cook, Hayden Mayfield, Hattie (Daylan) Davis, Hunter (Michelle) Fulbright, Molly (Craig) Davidson, Sydney (Garett) Faulkner and Judson Mayfield. For her, things got even sweeter when she was able to love on a multitude of great-nieces and -nephews: Kallie, Allie, Maddie and Asher Davis, Thomas and Elliot Leslie, Kaden, Kale, Kizzie and Kash Cook, Bentley, Braxton and Ensley Fulbright, Vincent, Gage and Anna Weadon, Corbin, Collin, Colby and Canyon Sites, Rhyen, Maverick and Sawyer Davis, Cassie Davidson, Trevor Davidson and Caroline Cossiboom.
