Kathryn Wanner, 62, Cape Girardeau Route 1, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 1992, at her home.

She was born June 3, 1930, in Bells, Tenn., daughter of Jess and Corrine Smith Daniels.

Wanner was a cottage counselor with Presbyterian Children's Services, and member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson.

Survivors include a son, Jimmy Simms of Commerce; four daughters, Brenda Hanners and Patty Fraser of Commerce, Diane Mathis of Thebes, Ill., Terry Bollinger of Jackson, and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Church, with Msgr. Edward Eftink officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery at Commerce.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today. Parish prayers are at 7:30.
