Kathryn Miller, 90, daughter of the late Benjamin and Annie Eudaly Caul, was born Jan. 5, 1931, in Blodgett, Missouri, and departed this life Saturday, Oct. 16, 2021, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

On Aug. 12, 1948, she married Edwin Thomas Miller. He preceded her in death Nov. 17, 2001.

Kathryn attended Rockview Methodist Church in Rockview, Missouri. She liked to piece quilts, do puzzles, crochet, and spend time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her friends at the senior center.

Kathryn is survived by a daughter, Cheryl (Donald) Kern of New Hamburg, Missouri; son, Tom (July) Miller of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren, Justin (Molly) Miller, Jodie Miller, Chris Miller, Amy (Scott) Sappington and Stephanie (David) Asmus; six great-grandchildren, Lucy, Amelia, Owen, Edwin, Oaklyn and Oliver; and one special niece, Lisa Colbert.

Apart from her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two children, Jennifer Lynn Miller and Janet Faye Miller; four brothers and four sisters.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, Missouri.

Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Gwen Streeter officiating. Burial will follow at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
